Abstract
PURPOSE: A method and a system for requesting local breakout are provided, which prevent unnecessary load within a network in advance. CONSTITUTION: An MME(Mobile Management Entity) receiving an APN(Address Point Name) request message from the terminal decides a kind of an APN. When the kind of APN is a local APN, the MME selects a home private base station address to a P- GW(packet data network gateway) address. The MME transmits a default bearer to the home private base transceiver station using the home private base transceiver station address.
