Abstract  Abstract

In general, according to one embodiment, a wireless transmitter includes a plurality of coding modulation modules that apply a corresponding coding modulation algorithm to an input information block. The Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) precoder applies DFT processing to the coding modulation module, and the Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT) module outputs the DFT output of the DFT precoder mapped to different subcarriers by the resource allocation represented by the base station. Receive and apply IFFT processing to the DFT output. The output processing stage generates an output signal based on the output of the IFFT module wirelessly transmitted to the wireless receiver. In different implementations, the output of the coding modulation module is provided to the IFFT module to generate IFFT-processed output information.
