Abstract
PURPOSE: A PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network) selection method and a mobile communication device using the same are provided to remove a PLMN ID from a list and to prevent the registration of a mobile communication device. CONSTITUTION: A memory stores a PLMN identification. A wireless module(111) receives a PLMN list from a service network. A controller module(112) removes the PLMN identification from the PLMN list after completion of an emergency bearer service. The wireless module transmits a deactivation message to the service network in order to cancel the packet data connection. The controller module removes the PLMN identification from the PLMN list.
