Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: A method and a devise for transmitting/receiving uplink control information are provided to transmit control information efficiently through the channel format. CONSTITUTION: The Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) and resource are determined by acknowledge information about the downlink transmission of a downlink subframe set including the down link subframe of M (M>=1). The acknowledge information is transmitted from one uplink subframe using the PUCCH and the resource. More than one serving cells are set on the terminal and the serving cells include one PCell and at least one SCell. One physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) in which the corresponding PDCCH is not detected in the downlink subframe set exists only on the PCell. In case Semi-Persistent Scheduling (SPS) deselect PDCCH does not exist in the downlink subframe set, the acknowledge information is transmitted using PUCCH format 1a/1b.
