Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting control data and apparatus the method are provided to efficiently transmit uplink control data and manage a resource therefor. CONSTITUTION: A communication apparatus configured to transmit uplink control data transmits uplink control data in a circumstance of comprising a plurality of cells comprising a primary cell and a secondary cell in a radio communication system. The communication apparatus comprises a radio frequency unit (116) and a processor (112). The radio frequency unit is connected to the processor to transmit or receive a radio signal. The processor receives at least one of one or more physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or one or more physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The processor generates receiving response data for at least one of one or more PDCCH or one or more PDSCH and transmits the receiving response data via a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) on a scheduling request (SR) subframe.
