Abstract
According to the first embodiment, the method may include determining, by the user equipment, that a secondary cell beam failure has occurred at least in the medium access control layer. The method may further include determining, by the user equipment, one or more other secondary cell candidates based on at least candidate beam measurements of the primary cell. The method may further comprise transmitting, by the user equipment, one or more data packets associated with the one or more selected other secondary cell candidates.
