Abstract
A method for information transfer includes steps of that: a resource mobility management network element (4) transmits user information to an object mobility management network element (5). When a resource access network (2) is a higher version access network the user information includes the user information corresponding to a lower version access network and the user information corresponding to a higher version access network or the user information is the user information corresponding to a GTP version number which is used between the resource access network (2) and the object access network (3). A device for realizing information transfer method is also provided. Using the invention the transfer of corresponding user information is realized.
