Abstract
FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: method of video decoding contains: decode messages of information additional improvement (SEI) information decoding unit a unique identifier for each unit in the unit access decoding. The identifier for one decoding unit differs from the identifier for any other decoding unit. Each decoding unit includes a plurality of network abstraction (NAL) units. The unique identifier for each decoding unit is the index of each decoding unit in the list of all decoding units in this access unit; determining which of the mentioned decoding units includes which NAL units of the set based on the unique identifier; and decoding a plurality of NAL units of each of mentioned decoding units in this access unit based on the definition for recreating the image.EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of encoding and decoding video data.31 cl 8 dwg 5 tbl
