Abstract  Abstract

FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of selecting a beam. Method includes the following: receiving device receives at least one set of information on correspondence of beams, sent by sending device, each set of information on correspondence of beams includes a relation of correspondence between the first beam and at least one second beam; and selecting according to at least one set of information on correspondence of beams received beam among beams sent by sending device, i.e. receiving device can quickly select according to the correspondence relation between the first beam and the second beam sent by the sending device, the received beam among the beams, sent by a sending device, so that the number of steps or measurements carried out for the quality of the beam signal during the data reception process is reduced.
EFFECT: technical result is shorter time spent on beam measurement, due to faster measurement of beam and selection of receiving device.
