Abstract
Provided are a cell reselection method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system and a terminal using the method. The method comprises receiving configuration information indicating a plurality of frequencies and an implicit highest priority application indicator wherein when the indicator allows application of the implicit highest priority a frequency which should be camped on for a device-to-device (D2D) operation from among the plurality of frequencies is regarded as having the highest priority.
