Abstract
A random access preamble sequence generation method and user equipment are provided. The method includes the following steps: when receiving first notification signaling sent by a base station, determining, by UE, to calculate a cyclic shift value by using a first solution; obtaining a first logical root sequence number, and determining a root sequence based on the first logical root sequence number; and generating a random access preamble sequence based on the root sequence and the cyclic shift value, where the first solution is a solution of calculating the cyclic shift value when a Doppler shift of the UE is less than a first preset value and greater than a second preset value, the first preset value is less than twice of a physical random access channel PRACH subcarrier spacing, the second preset value is greater than the PRACH subcarrier spacing.

1. A device, comprising:
a receiver, configured to receive signaling from a base station, wherein the signaling carries a target Ncs index; and a processor, configured to: obtain, based on the target Ncs index and a preset correspondence between an Ncs index and an Ncs value, a target Ncs value corresponding to the target Ncs index, wherein the preset correspondence between the Ncs index and the Ncs value comprises multiple Ncs indexes and multiple Ncs values respectively corresponding to the multiple indexes, and wherein the multiple Ncs values comprise 137.
2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the processor further configured to calculate, based on the target Ncs value corresponding to the target Ncs index, a cyclic shift value.
3. The device according to claim 2, wherein the processor further configured to generate a random access preamble sequence based on a root sequence and the cyclic shift value.
4. The device according to claim 1, wherein the multiple Ncs values comprise 118.
5. The device according to claim 1, wherein the multiple Ncs values comprise {15, 18, 22, 26, 32, 38, 46, 55, 68, 82, 100, 118, 137}.
6. The device according to claim 1, the preset correspondence between the Ncs index and the Ncs value, comprising:

7. The device according to claim 1, further comprising:
a memory, configured to store the preset correspondence between the Ncs index and the Ncs value.
8. The device according to claim 1, the signaling receiving unit, configured to receive system information and/or mobile control information, wherein the system information and/or the mobile control information comprise the signaling.
9. A random access method, comprising:
receiving signaling from a base station, wherein the signaling carries a target Ncs index; and obtaining, based on the target Ncs index and a preset correspondence between an Ncs index and an Ncs value, a target Ncs value corresponding to the target Ncs index, wherein the preset correspondence between the Ncs index and the Ncs value comprises multiple Ncs indexes and multiple Ncs values respectively corresponding to the multiple indexes, and wherein the multiple Ncs values comprise 137.
10. The method according to claim 9, further comprising:
calculating, based on the target Ncs value corresponding to the target Ncs index, a cyclic shift value.
11. The method according to claim 10, further comprising:
generating a random access preamble sequence based on a root sequence and the cyclic shift value.
12. The method according to claim 9, wherein the multiple Ncs values comprise 118.
13. The method according to claim 9, wherein the multiple Ncs values comprise {15, 18, 22, 26, 32, 38, 46, 55, 68, 82, 100, 118, 137}.
14. The method according to claim 9, the preset correspondence between the Ncs index and the Ncs value, comprising:

a storage unit, configured to store the preset correspondence between the Ncs index and the Ncs value.

17. A non-transitory computer readable medium, comprising computer program instruction which when executed by one or more processors cause the one or more processors to execute the steps of:
receiving signaling from a base station, wherein the signaling carries a target Ncs index; and obtaining, based on the target Ncs index and a preset correspondence between an Ncs index and an Ncs value, a target Ncs value corresponding to the target Ncs index, wherein the preset correspondence between the Ncs index and the Ncs value comprises multiple Ncs indexes and multiple Ncs values respectively corresponding to the multiple indexes, and wherein the multiple Ncs values comprise 137.
18. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 17, wherein the multiple Ncs values comprise 118.
19. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 17, wherein the multiple Ncs values comprise {15, 18, 22, 26, 32, 38, 46, 55, 68, 82, 100, 118, 137}.
20. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 17, the preset correspondence between the Ncs index and the Ncs value, comprising:
