Abstract
Embodiments provide an information transmission method, a base station, user equipment, and a system, which relate to the field of information transmission. The method includes: determining, by a network device, according to a correspondence between a characteristic parameter and a resource configuration, a first resource configuration corresponding to a characteristic parameter of the user equipment, wherein the characteristic parameter of the user equipment comprises a reference signal received power range, and the first resource configuration comprises one or more types of the following sub-configurations: a random access preamble format configuration, and a narrowband resource configuration; and determining, by the network device, a resource according to the first resource configuration, and performing, information sending or receiving with the user equipment by using the resource.

1. A communication method, wherein the method comprises:
determining, by a network device, according to a correspondence between a characteristic parameter and a resource configuration, a first resource configuration corresponding to a characteristic parameter of user equipment, wherein the characteristic parameter of the user equipment comprises a reference signal received power range, and the first resource configuration comprises one or more types of the following sub-configurations: a random access preamble format configuration or a narrowband resource configuration; determining, by the network device, a resource according to the first resource configuration; and performing, by the network device, information sending or receiving with the user equipment by using the resource.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
notifying, by the network device, the user equipment of the correspondence between the characteristic parameter and the resource configuration by a system information block.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the correspondence between the characteristic parameter and the random access preamble format configuration is predefined.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
notifying, by the network device, the user equipment of the first resource configuration by a radio resource control (RRC) dedicated signaling or a field.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the narrowband resource configuration configures one or more resources of a frequency.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the narrowband resource configuration configures a resource that is formed by one or more physical resource blocks (PRBs).
7. A communication method, wherein the method comprises:
determining, by a user equipment, a characteristic parameter of the user equipment, wherein the characteristic parameter comprises a reference signal received power range; determining, by the user equipment, a first resource configuration corresponding to the characteristic parameter of the user equipment, wherein the characteristic parameter of the user equipment comprises a reference signal received power range, and the first resource configuration comprises one or more types of the following sub-configurations: a random access preamble format configuration or a narrowband resource configuration; determining, by the user equipment, a resource according to the first resource configuration; and performing, by the user equipment, information sending or receiving with a network device by using the resource.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring, by the user equipment, a correspondence between the characteristic parameter and the first resource configuration by a system information block.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein a correspondence between the characteristic parameter and the random access preamble format configuration is predefined.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring, by the user equipment, the first resource configuration by a radio resource control (RRC) dedicated signaling or a field.
11. The method according to claim 7, wherein the narrowband resource configuration configures one or more resources of a frequency.
12. The method according to claim 7, wherein the narrowband resource configuration configures a resource that is formed by one or more physical resource blocks (PRBs).
13. A device, comprising:
at least one processor; and a non-transitory memory, wherein the memory stores an execution instruction that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the device to perform the following operations: determining according to a correspondence between a characteristic parameter and a resource configuration, a first resource configuration corresponding to a characteristic parameter of user equipment, wherein the characteristic parameter of the user equipment comprises a reference signal received power range, and the first resource configuration comprises one or more types of the following sub-configurations: a random access preamble format configuration or a narrowband resource configuration; determining a resource according to the first resource configuration; and performing, information sending or receiving with the user equipment by using the resource.
14. The device according to claim 13, wherein the operations further comprise:
notifying the user equipment of the correspondence between the characteristic parameter and the resource configuration by a system information block.
15. The device according to claim 13, wherein the operations further comprise:
notifying the user equipment of the first resource configuration by a radio resource control (RRC) dedicated signaling or a field.
16. A device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a non-transitory memory, wherein the memory stores an execution instruction that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the device to perform the following operations:
determining, by a user equipment, a characteristic parameter of the user equipment, wherein the characteristic parameter comprises a reference signal received power range;
determining, by the user equipment, a first resource configuration corresponding to the characteristic parameter of the user equipment, wherein the characteristic parameter of the user equipment comprises a reference signal received power range, and the first resource configuration comprises one or more types of the following sub-configurations: a random access preamble format configuration or a narrowband resource configuration; and
determining, by the user equipment, a resource according to the first resource configuration; and
performing, by the user equipment, information sending or receiving with a network device by using the resource.
17. The device according to claim 16, wherein the operations further comprise:
acquiring, by the user equipment, a correspondence between the characteristic parameter and the first resource configuration by a system information block.
18. The device according to claim 16, wherein a correspondence between the characteristic parameter and the random access preamble format configuration is predefined.
19. The device according to claim 16, wherein the operations further comprise:
acquiring, by the user equipment, the first resource configuration by a radio resource control (RRC) dedicated signaling or a field.
20. The device according to claim 16, wherein the narrowband resource configuration configures one or more resources of a frequency.
