An access network switching method an anchor management device and a mobile accessing device. The method includes the steps as following: when a mobile terminal moves from the first network using the first mobile management protocol to the second network using the second mobile management protocol an access network or a mobility management entity obtains an anchor address corresponding to the second mobile management protocol and the anchor address corresponding to the second mobile management protocol indicates the anchor device used by the mobile terminal in the first network; the access network gateway or the mobility management entity establishes the connection of the access network gateway or the mobility management entity to the anchor device indicated by the anchor address corresponding to the second management protocol based on the anchor address corresponding to the second mobile management protocol and using the second mobile management protocol.
