Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are a method device and system for scheduling-request resource allocation. Said method comprises: generating scheduling-request resource allocation information; by carrying said information in a media access control protocol data unit or in physical downlink control channel signaling sending said information to a user equipment to enable said user equipment to obtain scheduling-request resource on the basis of the scheduling-request resource allocation information. Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are a method device and system for scheduling-request resource allocation enabling the realization of rapid scheduling-request resource allocation having a short delay.
