Abstract  Abstract

Provided are a method, apparatus and system for acquiring service distribution, which relate to the technical field of communications, and can enable a base station to obtain the service distribution of all terminals in a network without affecting the network efficiency. The method comprises: a network side device acquiring measurement information about a plurality of terminals in the same serving cell and an average service volume of each terminal of the plurality of terminals, and determining service distribution, wherein the measurement information comprises respective first channel state values between the plurality of terminals and a main cell, the main cell referring to either the serving cell or each adjacent cell of the serving cell, and the service distribution comprises a first channel state typical value of each type of first channel state values and a first service volume between a terminal set corresponding to each type of first channel state values and the main cell, the first service volume being determined according to the average service volume of each terminal. The method is applied to network technologies.
