Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention are a synchronization signal transmission method, a network device and a terminal device, for use in providing a solution in which the network device sends, to the terminal device, indication information used for indicating the order of an SS block in an SS burst set to which the SS block belongs. The method comprises: a network device generates a synchronization signal block and indication information used for indicating the order of the synchronization signal block in a synchronization signal burst set to which the synchronization signal block belongs, the synchronization signal block comprising a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) symbol; generate two M sequences according to a linear feedback shift register (LFSR), an initial value of the LFSR being determined according to part of information in the indication information; perform cyclic shift on the two M sequences and then add the two M sequences to generate a Gold sequence; intercept a subsequence from the Gold sequence, as a demodulation reference signal sequence; send, by means of a first resource, remaining information in the indication information except the part of information; and send the demodulation reference signal sequence by means of a second resource.
