Abstract
Provided by the present application are a resource configuration method and device: by means of an evolved node B (eNB), receiving channel state indication information reported by a user equipment (UE); and determining a second transmission period according to the channel state indication information; thus, after the eNB allocates resources for the UE, the transmission cycle of the resources is adjusted in accordance with channel state during the transmission period corresponding to the resources, or in other words, resources are re-allocated for the UE without needing to consider whether a count value is 0, thereby more reasonably allocating resources and improving the utilization rate of resources.
