Abstract
Disclosed in the present application are a method and an apparatus for processing a reference signal. A plurality of antenna ports within the same antenna port group use the same power back-off factor, without the need to configure each space layer with one power back-off factor, and thus the signaling overheads of notifying a power back-off factor can be efficiently reduced, and all users are notified of signaling fields of the same length, avoiding multiple blind detections made by users, reducing the processing overheads of terminal devices.
