The present disclosure provides a UE and a method at a UE. The method includes: monitoring channel occupancy or LBT/ CCA statistics of a channel; and adapting a channel access procedure for the channel based on the monitored channel occupancy or LBT/CCA statistics. The present disclosure further provides a network node and a method at a network node, and corresponding computer readable storage media.
