Abstract
The present invention provides a method for determining a reference value, and a terminal. The method comprises: determining a reference value, wherein the reference value is a reference value of a sidelink channel, and the function of the reference value comprises at least one of the following: scrambling or descrambling information on the sidelink channel; initializing a sequence of the sidelink channel; selecting a sequence of the sideline channel; initializing a sequence of a reference signal of the sidelink channel; and implementing cyclic shifting of a reference signal of the sidelink channel.
