Abstract
Provided are a communication method and apparatus. The method comprises: a first integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node receiving a system message, wherein the system message comprises a cell list, and the cell list includes one or more cells supporting an IAB function; and the first IAB node acquiring the cell list.
