Abstract
A resource configuration method and apparatus, which are used for solving the problem in which a terminal device is unable to trigger the updating of an authorization resource. The method comprises: a terminal device determining that a configuration authorization resource needs to be updated, and the terminal device transmitting a message to a network device, the message being used to request that the network device updates the configuration authorization resource of the terminal device.
