Abstract
The present application provides a method and an apparatus for accessing a network device. A terminal receives parameter configuration information, the parameter configuration information being used for indicating the time-frequency resource required by the terminal to transmit data, and a cell that the terminal can use to transmit the data, and then accesses a network device according to the parameter configuration information. In other words, the terminal can obtain, by means of a piece of parameter configuration information, the time-frequency resource required for data transmission and the cell that can be used for data transmission, without the need of multiple configurations of different configuration information to obtain the time-frequency resource required for data transmission and the cell that can be used for data transmission. Different configuration information is carried by different signaling in traditional solutions, while the parameter configuration information can be carried in one single signaling in the embodiments of the present application, so that signaling overhead is saved.
