Abstract
Provided are a wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method comprises: the terminal device receives measurement configuration information of the network device, the measurement configuration information comprising a measurement report condition, and the measurement report condition being used for handover between a first type of cells and a second type of cells; and the terminal device determines, according to the measurement report condition, a cell to be subjected to measurement report.
