Abstract
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a control method, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: if a terminal device receives a dormancy instruction signaling for a target secondary cell, determining whether the terminal device is in the midst of a target process in the target secondary cell, wherein the terminal device must, in the target process, monitor a PDCCH in the target secondary cell, and the dormancy instruction signaling is used to instruct the terminal device to work in a dormant bandwidth part (BWP) in the target secondary cell, or the dormancy instruction signaling is used to instruct the terminal device to switch to a dormant BWP in the target secondary cell; and if in the midst of the target process, not responding to the dormancy instruction signaling. The technical solution in the embodiments of the present application can prevent a dormant behavior of an SCell from becoming abnormal, thereby improving the stability of network performance.
