This terminal device: receives a system information block in a first cell, the system information block including first information and second information; specifies the frequency position of a first downlink BWP in the first cell on the basis of the first information; specifies the subcarrier interval of a synchronization signal block received in the first downlink BWP on the basis of the second information; and receives the synchronization signal block using the first downlink BWP.
