Abstract

This terminal device receives a system information block including first information in a first cell, specifies the frequency position of a synchronization signal block on the basis of the first information, and receives the synchronization signal block at the specified frequency position. The first information indicates the frequency-domain offset from a first reference frequency position to the reference frequency position of the synchronous signal block.
