Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims a mobile communication method and mobile communication system. When network paging by using temporary mobile user identifier (TMUI) corresponding mobile stage (MS) transmits response. Network authenticates by using authenticating cryptographic key corresponding the TMUI and random number. When the authentication proves the user is illegal the network transmitting a request that the user should transmit single mobile user identifier (TMUI). Then the network authenticates (S8-S10) by using authenticating cryptographic key corresponding the TMUI and random number. When the user is proved be legal re-allocate the TMUI. According to negotiation between MS and network lateral target which will be hidden and hidden method for controlling hidden beginning time that is contained in to-be-transmitted information are confirmed. When calling diversify handoff. When it needs branch exchange in the MS location the branch is switched to branch which will diversify handoff possibly.
