The invention claims a mobile communication method and mobile communication system; the related mobile station (MS) sends response when the network carries out paging by using a Temporary Mobile User Identifier (TMUL); the network carries out authorization by using authorizing key relative to the TMUL and a random number; when the authorization proves that the user is not illegal the network sends a request and the user shall send a single IMUL; next the network carries out authorization (S8-S10) by using authorizing key relative to the TMUL and a random number; when the user is identified to be legal distributing a TMUI over again; determining the targets which will be hidden and hide method for controlling hide beginning time included in the information to be sent via negotiation between the MS and the network side; beginning diversity handover when the paging begins; a branch path is switched to a branch path probable carrying out diversity handover when branch path exchange is needed at MS.
