Abstract  Abstract

One kind of IP multimedia sub-system IMS register triggering realization method comprising: the network side or initial triggering user sends IMS register triggering indication information to user needed IMS register prompting a user of the needed IMS register to IP multimedia subsystem to initiate IMS registration according to the IMS register triggering indication information the user is triggered to be IMS registration to the IP multimedia subsystem to initiate IMS registration. the realization of the network side or initial triggering user triggers the IMS registration of the called user it can avoid the IMS session the user needed IMS register an IMS registration such that SIP message cannot be sent to the user cannot perform IMS session.

A method of realizing IMS registration trigger in IP multimedia subsystem which includes: network side or a user initiating trigger sends IMS registration trigger cuing information to the user needing IMS registration so as to cue the user needing IMS registration to initiate IMS registration to IP multimedia subsystem; the user needing IMS registration is triggered to initiate IMS registration to IP multimedia subsystem according to the IMS registration trigger cuing information. Due to the fact that IMS registration of the called user is triggered by network side or the user initiating trigger the problem that SIP message cant be sent to user and IMS session cant be carried on due to the user needing IMS registration doesnt IMS registration is avoided.
