Abstract
The invention claims a cell physical address allocation method and base station the method comprises: the target base station obtains the available PCI list sent by the OAM and removing the limited PCI target cell of the usable PCI list to obtain a selectable PCI set; the central frequency point information of the adjacent cell in X2 interface message of the target base station comprises a serving cell target base station through the X2 interface message obtaining the central frequency point information of the adjacent cell of the service cell acquires a first reference PCI set in a predefined manner. wherein the central frequency point of the target cell a first reference PCI set in the cell central frequency point information is different from the information to the target base station a target base station using the available PCI list and the first reference PCI set of intersection forms a second reference PCI set; if the selectable PCI set is empty then randomly selecting one PCI as the target cell from the second reference PCI set. The invention improves the success ratio of PCI allocation for the target cell.
