Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims a logical channel identification transmission method for multimedia broadcast and multicast service (MBMS) comprising: an evolved Node B (eNB) indicating carrying the MBMS control channel to the user equipment (UE) through a system broadcast message (MCCH) of radio frame or radio sub-frame the content of UE from the wireless frame or wireless sub-frame read media access control (MAC) according to the content to identify a logical channel type of the MAC head and reading data from the MAC service data unit (SDU). The invention also claims a logical channel identification transmission system for MBMS. the invention realizes that several different types of MBMS logical channels multiplexed in the MAC protocol data unit (PDU) on the condition that UE can accurately identify the logical channel type.
