The invention claims wireless communication device and wireless communication method the wireless communication device even if the larger pair of data symbols using a modulation order of the modulation mode it also can keep the position of each bit in the frame at the same time improve the channel estimation accuracy. in the wireless communication device generating unit sets 1 or 0 configuration a plurality of bits in the bit string forms at least one symbol in at least 1 bits generating a bit string a modulating unit to the generated bit string using a single modulation mapper to modulation said bit string sent by the sending unit after modulation. a plurality of bits on the other hand the receiving unit in the wireless communication device receiving the bit string to form at least one symbol in at least 1 bits in the configuration bit string of 1 or 0 and the modulation mapper using a single modulated bit string demodulating unit received by the said bit string using the single modulation mapper for demodulation.
