The present invention provides a method for transmitting / receiving data to / from a relay. The data transmitting / receiving method comprises the steps of: enabling the relay to receive data on an nth subframe of a downlink from a base station; determining the position of the subframe of an uplink to which data is to be transmitted if any data to be transmitted exists wherein the position of said subframe is determined as the (n+k)th subframe wherein said k is determined by the value of said n and by information on a preset HARQ; and transmitting the data on an (n+k)th subframe of the uplink.

The present invention provides a method for transmitting / receiving data to / from a relay. The data transmitting / receiving method comprises the steps of: enabling the relay to receive data on an n th subframe of a downlink from a base station; determining the position of the subframe of an uplink to which data is to be transmitted if any data to be transmitted exists wherein the position of said subframe is determined as the (n+k)th subframe wherein said k is determined by the value of said n and by information on a preset HARQ; and transmitting the data on an (n+k)th subframe of the uplink.

The invention claims a method for sending to the relay station/receiving data from the relay station. the data sending/receiving method comprising the step of: making the relay station is capable of receiving data from the base station on a downlink of the nth subframe if there is any data to be transmitted determining the position of the sub-frame of the uplink data to be transmitted wherein the position of the sub-frame is determined as (n + k) th sub-frame wherein the value of n and the information about the preset HARQ to determine the k and the uplink link of (n + k) th sub-frame to send data.
