The invention claims a method for power reporting for a mobile device in a wireless communication system the mobile device is configured with a plurality of uplink component carriers and/or parallel physical uplink control channel and a physical uplink shared channel transmission. the method comprising: distribution with a maximum output power for at least a uplink component carrier according to a characteristic with respect to a network of the mobile device or the wireless communication system judging whether to start or stop for the at least a uplink component carrier for a maximum output power reporting program; and when the maximum output power reporting is triggered and the maximum is started reporting the maximum output power for the at least a uplink component carrier to the network terminal.
