Abstract
PURPOSE: A method for reporting power and a communication device thereof are provided to efficiently control power as well as manage resources by using a network. CONSTITUTION: A wireless telecommunications system(10) is one of an LTE-A(Long Term Evolution advanced) system, an LTE(Long Term Evolution) system, or other mobile communication systems. The wireless telecommunications system is simply composed of a network and a plurality of user equipments(UE). The network is an E-UTRAN(Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network) including a plurality of evolved base stations. The UE is an apparatus including a mobile phone and a computer system, etc. The network and the UE are a transmitter or a receiver according to a transmission direction.
