The invention relates to a supporting carrier aggregation and comprising configuring method and device in wireless communication system for broadcasting system information of the radio base station in the at least two cells. method for user equipment comprises: receiving from the radio base station (410) for aggregation of the configuration information of the at least two cells based on configured rules to identify (420) at least in two cells of the first cell the configuration rules specifying at least a first cell in two cells with different states with the state of other cells and only identified the cell reading (430) in broadcast system information. The method further comprises (440) read from the one or more parameters to obtain system information.
