Abstract  Abstract

This invention relates to a MIMO system of multi-space multiplexing mode. In particular providing a wireless multiple access multi-input device and method in multi-input multi-output communication system. In the present invention the selection of the first user terminal to transmit data in a first transmission interval; selecting the first space multiplexing mode for a first user terminal selecting the second user terminal for data transmission at the second transmission interval; selecting the second space multiplexing mode for a second user terminal wherein the first and the second space multiplexing mode in which at least one is operated space multiplexing mode using the first space multiplexing mode for the first user terminal for data transmission in the first transmission interval; and using the second space multiplexing mode the second user terminal at the second transmission interval for scheduling for data transmission.
