Abstract
The invention relates to a data processing apparatus and a data processing method that can easily perform control processing has been improved PAPR of data to it. In the transmission apparatus of the invention the filler (21) is used as the zero of the dummy fill data execution control data demodulation required whereupon the scrambler (101) control data after the filling control data (after filling) to perform scrambling. filling replacing unit (121) replaced by dummy data after the scrambling control scrambling of the dummy data whereupon BCH encoder (22) and the LDPC encoder (23) respectively performing BCH coding and LDPC coding as the substitute data obtained by replacing the error correction coding. cutting unit (21) performing LDPC code included in the deletion of dummy data and check bit of the LDPC code as punctured.
