The invention claims interaction method of target user equipment location report in a location service the method comprising: a target user equipment receives the request end initiating a location information request and monitoring the trigger after reporting the occurrence of location reporting event the location report to the location service system; the location service system receives the target position report reported by the user equipment to the target user equipment after returning position report response message. Additionally target user device location report to the location service system start at the same specified time range of the timer and judges whether the received location service system returns location report response message within a specified time range if it receives then stop designated time range of the timer or else re-location report to the location service system restarting the specified time range of the timer. The invention reduces the error of location report reducing service execution of position uncertainty.
