Abstract  Abstract

There is provided a user equipment, UE, configured for dual connectivity. The UE having one or more processors configured to: identify a physical random access channel, PRACH, of a Master Cell Group, MCG; identify a physical uplink control channel, PUCCH, of a Secondary Cell Group, SCG; determine that a priority level for the PRACH is higher than a priority level for the PUCCH; and apply power scaling to PUCCH transmissions if a total transmit power of the UE would exceed a specific value during a period of time.
