Abstract  Abstract

A technique for dual access is disclosed. The user equipment (UE) may identify a first physical channel comprising first uplink control information (UCI) and a second physical channel comprising a second UCI. The UE may select the priority level of the first physical channel and the priority level of the second physical channel. The UE may apply power adjustment to the first physical channel transmission or the second physical channel transmission if the total transmission power of the UE exceeds a certain value for a period of time. Depending on the type of the first UCI and the type of the second UCI, if the priority level for the first physical channel is higher than the priority level for the second physical channel, the UE can adjust the transmission power for the second physical channel have.
