A COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM EMPLOYS A HIGH SPEED DIGITAL CHAIN WITH MULTIPLE DISCRETE TONES (DMT) FROM EXTERNAL PATHWAYS FROM A CENTRAL TRANSMITTER / RECEIVER TO SOME RECEIVERS / TRANSMITTERS FROM UUTE, DEUTHEADER, UTILIUES, AND US RETURN SIGNAL PATHWAYS USING A DIFFERENT GROUP OF FREQUENCY CARRIER CHANNELS. IN A WAY, THE CENTRAL TRANSMITTER / RECEIVER IS IN EXCHANGE AND ADDITIONAL TRANSMITTERS / RECEIVERS ARE SUBSCRIBERS CONNECTED TO THE EXCHANGE.
