Abstract  Abstract

THE INVENTION REFERS TO A METHOD FOR IMPROVING THE HEARING OF A BASE STATION TRANSMISSION CONTROL CHANNEL (BTS1 TO BTS3) IN A RADIO SYSTEM IN WHICH TRANSCEIVER UNITS HAVE BEEN DIVIDED IN THE MAIN TDMA / FDMA IN CHANNELS, BASE STATIONS CONSIST OF A MECHANISM TO ESTABLISH A RADIO CONNECTION WITH RADIO UNITS (MS1, MS2) IN THE RADIO COVERAGE AREA, AND A MECHANISM TO TRANSMIT A TRANSMISSION CONTROL CHANNEL, IN WHICH THE SYSTEM INCLUDES AT LEAST TWO BASE STATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN WILLING TO TRANSMIT SUCH CONTROL CHANNEL USING THE SAME DEFAULT CHANNEL OF FREQUENCY (F1). TO REDUCE THE INTERFERENCES, THE TRANSMISSION ENERGY OF THE SUCH CHANNEL (F1) OF THE BASE STATION IS ADJUSTED LOWER IN THOSE TIME SPACES IN WHICH THE CONTROL CHANNEL IS NOT BEING TRANSMITTED, THAN IN THOSE CHANNELS OF TIME IN WHICH THE CHANNEL THIS BEING TRANSMITTED. THE INVENTION ALSO REFERS TO A CELLULAR RADIO SYSTEM.
