Abstract  Abstract

A transmission control method adapted to a transmission system in which strips are assigned to fragmented encodings divided into a frequency domain in a time domain, wherein the method comprises imparting delays to the signals that are supplied to a plurality of transmission antennas, characterized in that the method further comprises controlling the delays in response to a multi-user diversity to transmit the signals at a frequency diversity to transmit the signals such that the maximum delay time between the plurality of transmission antennas is established at a first value smaller than 1 / Fc and a second value larger than 1 / Fc where Fc denotes a frequency bandwidth of each fragmented encoding, where the first value is selected in order to achieve multi-user diversity and the Second value is selected in order to achieve frequency diversity.
