A mobile communication method for communicating between a mobile station (UE) and a radio base station (eNB) through a connection that includes a radio signaling carrier and a radio data carrier, the mobile communication method comprising the steps of: transmitting, from the mobile station (UE) to the radio base station (eNB), a connection reset request signal to reestablish the connection between the radio base station (eNB) and the mobile station (UE ), when the mobile station (UE) detects a connection failure; receive, at the mobile station (UE) of the radio base station (eNB), a reconfiguration signal of the connection containing a request for release of a radio data carrier that is not established between the mobile station (UE) and the radio base station (eNB); characterized by ignoring in the mobile station (UE) the request for the release of a radio data carrier that is not established between a mobile station (UE) and the radio base station (eNB); and transmitting, from the mobile station (UE) to the radio base station (eNB), a connection reconfiguration termination signal notifying that the processing corresponding to the reconfiguration signal of the connection is complete.
