PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade a situation that a process of setting connections is repeated.

SOLUTION: A mobile communication method includes: a step in which when a mobile station UE detects a failure in connection the mobile station UE sends a connection resetting demand signal to a radio base station eNB and the connection is set again between the radio base station eNB and the mobile station UE; and a step in which when the mobile station UE receives a connection reconstruction signal from the radio base station eNB even if a deletion demand of a radio bearer for data not set between the mobile station UE and the radio base station eNB is included in the connection reconstruction signal the mobile station UE sends to the radio base station eNB a connection reconstruction completion signal indicating that a process corresponding to the connection reconstruction signal is completed.
