PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reducing message traffic between a service control point (SCP/SCF) and switching point (SSP/SSF) for executing an intelligent network service in the service switching point (SSP).

SOLUTION: A service logic comprising the operations to implement the intelligent network service with the execution is formed to ensure that each intelligent network service is executed at the switching point (SSP). The service switching point (SSP) receives the service logic and receives at least one criterion. Upon the completion the service switching point (SSP) executes the operation. Upon the completion of the criterion the service switching point (SSP) executes the operations.
