Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a block error rate of an E-DCH channel from being degraded.

SOLUTION: A method is provided for control of transmitting power of a subscriber terminal device in a wireless communication system. The transmitting power of a first channel (E-DPDCH) is scaled depending on a configuration of at least one second channel (DPDCH) instead of depending on at least one second channel (DPDCH) through a subscriber terminal device (UE). In that case the transmitting powers of the first channel (E-DPDCH) and/or at least one second channel (DPDCH) should correspond with transmitting power of a third channel (DPCCH) and when the second channel (DPDCH) is not established both of the first channel (E-DPDCH) and the third channel (DPCCH) are uniformly-scaled.
