Abstract  Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for dynamically indicating TDD reconfiguration to a mobile station by encoding dynamic TDD reconfiguration indication information into DCI or into a calculated CRC for DCI. . In one embodiment, the TDD configuration indication information is implicitly encoded in the CRC as the RNTI when the DCI CRC is scrambled by the TDD-RNTI. In another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication information is included in the DCI payload, while the DCI CRC is scrambled by a cell identifier that identifies the target cell to which dynamic TDD reconfiguration is applied. . In yet another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication information is part of a DCI payload, and the DCI payload further includes an invalid parameter that indicates to the mobile station that the DCI conveys TDD configuration indication information.
